You just need a high level enchant, keep trying until you get it, took me 2 tries.

get lucky, and get books. I used to try to decode the spells, but they came out to nonesence. like”cum hot embeggin inside”

you have to build and enchanting table, surrounded by bookcases, and get above level 5 to enchant
